Three Stones
Three stone diamond rings are a popular and timeless classic. The usual choice is between graduated or uniform size, and straight or crossover styles, but once you introduce the element of different colours, the possible number of combinations increases considerably. Our thoughts would start with a yellow centre diamond, with two smaller white diamonds. The next possibility would be a large white centre stone with two yellow shoulder stones, and more like a solitaire than a 3-stone.
One day we will manage to find a set of three matching yellow diamonds to make an all-diamond 3-stone ring...
It is much more difficult to find sets of three matching yellow diamonds, than to find three matching white ones. We will manage it one day, but until then, we believe that a centre yellow diamond with a pair of white diamonds at the sides makes a refreshing and vibrant change from an "ordinary" diamond 3-stone ring.
